Council Celebrates Chapter Women of the Year

The Central Texas Area Council of ABWA honored chapter members’ Women of the Year award recipients at their regular meeting on May 9th in Georgetown.

Each year, ABWA chapters across the country select their Woman of the Year based on their contributions to their chapter, fellow members and the community.

Come Celebrate ‘Women of the Year’ at Next Council Meeting!

The Central Texas Area Council of ABWA will celebrate member chapters’ Women of the Year on May 9th at the regular meeting. Red Poppy of Texas Chapter will host the meeting at Burger University in Georgetown.

The address is 119 West 7th Street at South Austin Avenue on the Historic Georgetown Square. There is both elevator and stair access to the third floor banquet room.

Networking and social time begins at 6:00pm with the dinner and meeting following at 6:30pm.

Francesca Rolando, Director of Volunteers for “Ride On Center for Kids”, will present “THe R.O.C.K. Mission: Inspiration & Independence”. The Women of the Year recognition ceremony will follow.
